At the same time, we also expect that your reason of return is fair and reasonable. Therefore, our returns are authorized on case-to-case basis. We have carefully drafted a return policy which we encourage you to kindly go over:-Request for returns can be made only within 10 days after the product is delivered to you.

Products returned shall be in their original condition with no accessories or parts missing, with no scratches or signs of wear, not resized or altered in any way. They should be absolutely unworn, unused and in ‘saleable condition’. Our compliance department reserves the right, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

High value, Precious & Designer items may have tags that say “if the tag is removed the garment or product cannot be returned”.

Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned.

Refund whether partial or full applies to only the cost of goods and/or shipping as applicable. But, no Duties, taxes or tariffs are refunded.

Eligible returns
An item shall be eligible for a return if it was originally defective, damaged or not as described, such as a wrong size, etc. You may either opt for a full refund or exchange at no more shipping charge to you.

Whereas, if you are returning an item because you either ordered by mistake or require it no more, shall be attributed to a 20% restocking fee and the 2-way shipping cost which will be deducted from your refund value.

When a restocking fee, return shipping cost or any other charge is applied to your refund, it is solely for covering the actual overheads incurred in helping you to return the item. These overheads include, but are not limited to, labor, unpacking, restocking, etc.

Do not return any item till you have received our authorization and a prepaid return label. There is a ‘Return Procedure’ in place for transparency and accountability. Following this procedure helps you and us to make sure that the item is not lost, is trackable, gets a proof of Delivery (P.O.D.) and affirmatively confirmed as returned.

Returned Product found without our return authorization or marked “refused” will be subject to a charge of $50 over and above the above explained restocking and shipping fee.


Return procedure
You would initiate a return through a simple application form only within 10 days of receipt of goods. Click here for the online <application application>. Upon submission our compliance team will review your case.

A qualified return will be issued an RMA – Return Merchandise Authorization and a prepaid return label, via email. You enclose the RMA together with the goods, and use that label to ship the goods back. Please ensure the goods are packed gently and securely to reach us safely.

For expeditious and successful processing of your RMA please be ready with the following information to duly fill up the aforesaid <return application> : -

  • selecting the reason of return from the drop-down menu
  • enter order number, order number (SKU)
  • Upload Images of product, packaging and the shipping label
  • Additional information
  • Submit

System generated Return shipping authorizations code/numbers are active only for 7 days from the date of issue and product must be shipped back during the active time period of your return shipping authorization.  Goods returned on an expired RMA may not be accepted.

Please do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the shipping box for security reason.


From the receipt of your returned product please allow 10 business day's for our warehouse to verify the contents and condition of the package in order to assess the refund.

Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used in the original purchase.
